Kegel exercises are done to tone the pelvic floor muscles, which increase bladder control and reduces the chance of prolapses later in life.

Elvie gives you the live feedback from the pelvic muscles while you exercise (Kegel). The egg-like thing goes into the vagina with the tail sticking out. The harder you squeeze during exercise, the higher your number will appear on the app. The unit of measurement is 'LVs.'

Chrissy exercised a bit more than recommended and that lead her vagina to serious soreness for a few days.

With the highest score of 65 LVs and lowest of 24, Chrissy's average pelvic strength was 49 LVs.

Lara was very nervous about the exercise since her vaginal health hasn't been very good.

Sheridan was pretty nervous about performing the Kegel exercises. She soon realised her vagina didn't want the Elvie inside her.

Morgan had a third-degree tearing during the birth of her daughter. During the exercise, she realised that she was unable to relax her pelvic muscles.

Hitting as high as 12 LVs and as low as 2 LVs. Morgan's average for the week was 5 LVs.

While Chrissy is cent percent sure she'd be continuing Kegels, Lara had a straight no. She did though suggest women to consult a doctor and then move forward with the pelvic exercise. Sheridan says she'd try the exercise after having kids while Morgan is quite confident she'll continue the exercise after this one week trial.
