At least 5 jars of 2 different types of glitter, one fine and another jumbo glitter, 5 jars of Mod Podge or anything else to give a glassy lustre to the wall, some Goo Gone or any other paint cleanup available at your nearest shop, sponge paintbrushes and a putty knife.
These are easily available in a hardware shop.
Make sure the consistency of the glitter mix is thick enough.
Use the putty knife to apply the mix to the corners first. Make sure you don't smooth it out a lot. Bumpy glitter would give a better look.
With the sponge brushes, apply the glitter mix on the walls. Make sure you brush it upwards for a uniform appearance.
Areas like outlets and ceiling corners need a touch up for a smooth appearance.
Now the only thing you need to do is let the glue dry properly. This may take more than a couple of hours.
