The relationship you share with your mother is unbreakable. Yes! There are times when you might feel disconnected to her. But that's only transitory. Soon enough you realize that your mother is your only best friend in this world. And why wouldn't she be? She is the one who brought you into this world. We present you today a heart touching story of a mother and son.
Let's find out what exactly happened to them.
Charles Frank slowly grew estranged from his family, and soon enough lost total touch with them. But one day, he suddenly found a video he never knew existed. After watching that video, he decided to retrieve his bond he once shared with his mother, and so he made a film called "My Baby You'll Be- An Open Letter."
Charles has used a number of voicemails and call recordings of his conversations with his mother. She would always say, "Come home, son. I miss having a son.."
Though only 21, Charles is an accomplished filmmaker with a base in Brooklyn, NYC. During the shots of him going about his daily life, his mother's voicemail plays in the background, playing to the fact that Frank is ignoring his mother.
Charles uses clippings from his childhood his mother had filmed herself. She is the narrator here, telling the story of Charles.
Charles uses videos from his childhood. He is trying to show that his mother has always been with him, since the very beginning. She has adored him in the past and the voicemails prove that she continues to do so now.
In the end, Charles has included a voicemail of his mother's, where she says that, "I'm behind you every step. I love you. Bye."
