Summers have arrived and in this scorching heat, the basic necessity includes one more component i.e. air conditioner. When fans become inefficient to serve the purpose, that's the moment when you feel the need of AC cooling. Above all this, you face an issue of the budget which hinders your way of buying an AC.
Well, now you need to stop worrying as we're here to help you put with this issue. A simple and an affordable process that will need only the stuff that you can find your place easily.
Follow the given steps to make a homemade AC that can save you hundreds of dollars.
A plastic bucket lid, a small fan, a thick plastic pipe, knife, duct tape, and dry ice.
Use a marker and mark according to the fan. Then cut out the layout carefully.
Apply tape in such a way that the face carrying glue should be on the upper side. By doing so, the fan will easily get stuck to the lid of the bucket.
Make sure the fan gets fit in the space cut in the bucket. Also, the tape will hold the fan in such a way that it won't fall inside the bucket and will easily be attached.
You can use drill machine or a hot knife to make holes of the size of pipes. The holes should be of the size that pipes could easily pass through them.
After cutting, place the pipe pieces into each of the holes and affix the pipe inside and outside with the help of tape.
Keep your room packed as you keep while turning on AC. Plug in the fan and switch it on. After some time, you will experience a change and that will be- a chilly room.
