10 Sizzling Scenes That Were Deleted From Bollywood Movies

Bollywood films make it to the theatres as an exact mimeograph of what filmmaker visualises, but however hard they may wish, not every chunk of their visualisation makes it to the ultimate cut. A lot of scenes, a lot of concepts, and words all get scraped off when the movie comes to the Censor Board. There are a variety of instances wherein Censor Board made use of its ability and omitted the scenes, but some way or the other; these scenes show up over the internet.

Down are few of the scenes which did not explore the light of the day.

#1 'Angry Indian Goddesses'


This movie made it to headlines for numerous reasons, a few chopped off scenes which didn't make it to the end. Censor Board made the amendments to pass this film, but somehow we caught the unreleased ones with us.

#2 Time for 'Band Baaja Baaraat'

With the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat', Ranveer Singh became a quick favourite of all with his debut film. Her scene of flirting with one of his clients to make Anushka go jealous was deleted from the original film.

#3 'Love Sex Aur Dhokha'

As the title suggests, the movie had to be high on sensual and controversial aspect. Though many of the scenes were deleted by Censor Board but one such scene that depicted the budding closeness between Rashmi and Adarsh did make its way on the internet.

#4 Dostana

Dostana film released in 2008 was a much hilarious film. Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham who acted to be gay in the film carried some cosy moments too which were omitted from the movie.

One such scene wherein John Abraham was handcuffed and Abhishek stayed over him was not being included in the original.

#5 'Guru'

The love story in Mani Ratnam's movie 'Guru' featured Vidya Balan and R. Madhavan.
Sadly, one of their sizzling bedroom scenes did not make it to an original film.

#6 'Finding Fanny'

Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor's not so conventional film 'Finding Fanny' gathered mixed reviews at the box-office. Yes, this film even contained a few censored version scene. One such wherein Pankaj Kapoor was peeping through to get a transparent view of Dimple Kapadia's assets had been chopped off from the original one.

#7 'Ladies vs Ricky Bahl'

The story of this film revolved around love and vengeance. Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma starer movie had one scene which involved three ladies boozing and celebrating their victory but somehow the scene did not make its way into the original story.

#8 Boom

Katrina Kaif made her career start with a B-level film 'Boom'. There were many steamy scenes which were not included originally. Moreover, one such prominent scene where Grover dived into the bust of Katrina Kaif did not even see the light of the day.

#9 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge'

1995's superhit film 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' is seen as the most non-controversial film ever known in the history of Indian cinema. It included one such scene where Kajol's on screen mother made comments over her skin tone but how that scene was excluded from the final cut.         

#10 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'

2013's top film 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' provided us many rib-tickling moments but unfortunately, one such scene which could have made us go crazy laughing was precluded from the original movie and that was when Ranbir Kapoor not knowingly flirted with Deepika's mother outside her bathroom.
