The recent boost in e-commerce has made it convenient for us to shop, and we rejoice in sitting in the comforts of our houses, scrolling through stuff, and picking our best choice. Among some of the most useful items online, Amazon has some really creepy items on sale. But, let's face it, we are addicted to it now. And never think about facing the scorching Sun for some shopping.
But, with a great success of these e-commerce giants, they do have social responsibilities too. And Amazon has performed its in an amazing way. A 7-year-old kid Rudra Joshi wrote to Amazon whether he could pay them all in coins, which he had saved for his most awaited gift.
Check out what they did next.
He wanted to buy lightsaber after getting inspired from Star Wars' 7th Installment, in which Jedis carry the energy sword. When he told his mother about his wish, she advised him to save. But, she hadn't known then that he would save Rs. 1006 for the same.
And, the wonderful Amazon sent him a personalised gift, that contained the lightsaber!
All the pictures were uploaded by Rudra's mother on Facebook, thanking Amazon for this awesome gesture.
..That no matter how much hatred and hardships may be in the world, there is always something great happening around. Thank you Amazon, for spreading this positivity!
