This Mesmerizing Photo Series Of Elderly People Looking At Their Younger Reflections In Mirror Will Blow Your Mind

Time flies much faster than we sense. Kids grow up, wrinkles start appearing on face and bones lose their strength with the passage of time. No matter how much you are struggling at this age, 20 years later, you'd do anything to get young like today by any possible means. This gives us the message to Carpe Diem, i.e. to seize the moment and enjoy every passing second, since it's not going to come back once gone.

Tom Hussey prepared an award-winning photo series, 'Reflections of The Past' where the eldesrly look at the reflections of their younger self and remeber the old times. He was inspired by a World War II veteran who said "I can't believe I'm going to be 80. I feel like I just came back from the war. I look in the mirror and I see this old guy."

These photos inspire us to make every moment of our lives count.
