Wanting to stay fit and toned is perfectly normal, but when that becomes an obsession, so much so that you land yourself into the eating disorder called anorexia, that is not fair!
Though the influence of social media and the rat race of looking perfect and thin have set the wrong standards for us women, we must always know that the body is simple dust, but what matters the most is what we are internally, to the core of our heart. And that all of us are beautiful in our own ways. Some reason whatsoever drove this girl to the extremity of being diagnosed with anorexia, and she got fragile and weak from the effects. But, then something happened that brought her back to the charming woman she was. Her story is an inspirational one.
This is the severe eating disorder where the person feels an overpowering need to be thin and lose weight, that stops them from eating a good diet. She had to live in intensive care for 7 long months in a hospital.
She lost weight, and couldn't walk without help. She would wake up all bruised because her body had no fat to cushion her.
And, then her brother took charge.
He took up the responsibility of her workout and monitored closely her meals. With this indomitable spirit, she finally started gaining some weight.
With this balanced way of life, and her newly found body, came happiness and confidence to her. Now you see the charm on her face, and the twinkle in her eyes.
