We hate at least one person around us, trust me, one is oversimplifying it. This habit causes anger in your body, keeping you irritated at most times boosting cortisol. You frown every time you see such a person, creating wrinkles, particularly on the forehead.

We hate the sun and we love the sun sometimes as well. Long-term exposure to UV rays weakens skin cells and blood vessels causing a leathery looking skin. It can even lead to pigmentation reduced skin elasticity and degradation of skin texture. Sun exposure also increases the risk of skin cancer.

Try avoiding huge quantities of sugar at one go, especially. Dark chocolate is a better option.

Caring for our skin is very important, but most people don't care about it. Wash your face when it gets sweaty, especially after a workout or exercise. Wiping sweat from your face is necessary. Remove make up before going to bed as well, nobody watches you when you sleep, you're not Bella.

There lies a couch potato in almost every 5th person, too lazy to do anything, but watch television and sleep. Avoiding exercise for long is not going to be as comfortable as you feel right now.
