There is a very common tendency among women that they always want to look perfect in terms of their skin, figure or the shape. Women, somehow want to manage the perfectly shaped breast throughout their life but sadly it becomes impossible most of the time. Breast sagging is a natural phenomenon wherein breasts lose their firmness and become saggy.
This may happen due to several factors like- aging, weight reduction, menopause or breastfeeding. And for this, you must have used a number of products that remained ineffective on you.
These natural home remedies will help you get back the same tightening in the breasts.
Those women who suffer saggy breasts should engulf few exercises in their daily workout. The exercises that target breast muscles will add more firmness to it.
Take two ice cubes and massage your breasts in a circular motion for a minute. Pat dry and wear a properly sized bra and stay in reclining state for half an hour. This ice cubes will regain firmness.
Massage olive oil over the breast in the upward motion with the help of palms for about 20 minutes and repeat this remedy at least 4 times a week.
Mix 1 cucumber and 1 egg yolk along with 1 teaspoon of butter. Apply the mask so formed onto breasts and leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse with water. This mask will help in uplifting the breast.
Egg white carries astringent properties which help in lifting the loose skin over the chest. You just need to beat 1 egg white and apply onto your breasts and let it sit for 30 minutes. After that wash with cucumber juice and then cold water.
According to Ayurveda, fenugreek is known to be the best ingredient used in the firming saggy skin. Mix ¼ cup of fenugreek powder with sufficient water to form a paste and apply this onto breasts for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water then.
Use pomegranate peel and some warm mustard oil to form a paste. Massage using this paste in a circular motion for about 10 minutes but before going to bed. This will help in preventing the sagging breasts.
You can use aloe vera gel for your breasts, massage in circular motion and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Make sure to wash off with warm water. Repeat this 4 to 5 times a week for better results.
Shea butter is very is a very firm, whitish substance. To use it, melt it in the microwave and when it starts to cool down add some jojoba oil and olive oil. After mixing them well massage the breast for 2-3 minutes.
Use this clay powder with enough water to make a smooth paste and apply it over breasts, pat dry and then rinse off with water. You can repeat this process once a week.
