P eople may have been wondering why, even they admit living a healthy lifestyle, still experience bloating in their tummies. That's right, bloating still happens even you are not that 'fat'. Aside from random body airs, farts and non-digested food, there is more that that. There can be some reasons we have overlooked as we evaluate ourselves.Do not be surprised because this is a common phenomenon and what we should do is to identify these reasons, then make something positive about it.
