Facebook is a platform that helps you in socializing. The medium or channel through which you get connected with your friends and known people, in simple words we can sum up it as a medium of social interaction. The people you talk on Facebook are generally the ones to whom you already know and those whom you have accepted 'friendrequest'. Hence, messages from them are common but what if you get a message just out of the box like from a stranger, you can say.
Sometimes the person who isn't friend with you on Facebook and seems to send you an important message then how you suppose to fetch it? Well, there is a solution, scroll down to know that!!
There is always a possibility of someone unknown sending you creepy messages or bland chat-up lines at any time. And Facebook keeps them all in 'Other' folder of your message box.
Though with the passing time, Facebook has changed its interface, now even if you get a message from unknown, it sends you notification of 'Message request' to open that message.
Though this notification is nice but Facebook doesn't send this request also all the time and when it thinks that the message is less important it keeps that message in filtered folder.
But what if your important message goes in spam? Don't fret, well there's a way that can find those messages.
Start with logging into your account and open the Messenger app.
Tap on the 'settings' option and a drop down box will appear.
Choose People from that box. After going on people, tap 'messenger requests' further from it.
Underneath the messenger request box, you will find' filtered request' link, click on that and this will let you bask into the all those messages that were somehow away from your knowledge.
Facebook being politely sent all the unknown messages to filtered category. However, you find them unnecessary or crap ones but the messages belong to you so, it's fair at your side to know them.
