I have seen many people setting weight goals but very few of them actually manage to achieve them.
Meet, Chinae Alexander who opted to observe the daily results instead of specific goal weight. Ultimately, her hard work paid off. She lost 70 Pounds and built muscles within few months. Her weight loss journey is amazing.

She was a pretty much confident lady and loved her appearance. Because of partying hard in college during her 20s, her weight was increased tremendously. She used to hit the gym just once a week and considered her 20 minutes exercise as a workout.
Chinae was heartbroken to know that she weighed 225 pounds in 2009. That was the time Chinae realized that she actually needs to work on her increasing weight. She discussed the issue with her friend and took it as a challenge to reduce her weight.
Chinae totally gave up processed foods and alcohol in her diet. She learnt to cook instead of relying on packaged and hotel foods. She increased the intake of proteins in her diet and tried new healthy recipes every day for a change.
Chinae researched a lot on bodybuilding and focused on specific body parts every day. She started going to the fitness center for five times in a week. Her one-hour workout included some plyometric exercises for heart rate regulation as well.
She managed to lose 30 pounds in just 3 months but never opted for goal weight. Instead of this she opted to focus on daily outcomes and short-term goals.
Chinae's small goals helped her to lose 70 pounds. She posted her workout images on Instagram to find a job in fitness company. This made her to find a similar community of health conscious people who motivated her in accomplishment of weight goals.
She feels great to share her real-life experiences with people on social media. This inspiring lady is receiving appreciation from 94,000 followers on Instagram.
Chinae advised, "My biggest tip is to break your new healthy lifestyle into the smallest pieces. Focus on breakfast, lunch, and going to the gym. Unlike reaching your goal weight, those benchmarks are met each day. When you break it down like that, every day is a victory."
