A doctor works every time to protect people from diseases and to help them lead better and healthier lives. But what happens if a patient does something bad at the hospital? Would a doctor go against his principles to get back at the patient?
Find out what happened when this Russian doctor had an encounter with a drunk, middle-aged man at a hospital.
Zelendinov was working at a hospital in Belgorod City in Russia when he encountered a middle-aged patient.
Vakhtin was a 57-year-old man who was drunk at the time.
Vakhtin was sent to the hospital due to having a gastric haemorrhage.
The drunk patient supposedly hit a nurse at the hospital.
Once inside, the 32-year-old man who was a doctor at the hospital dragged Vakhtin.
Zelendinov asked why Vakhtin touched his nurse.
The doctor even hit another man who wanted to intervene.
But the doctor gave him a powerful punch.
The patient hit his head as he fell to the ground.
Because of the incident, Zelendinov was ordered to spend nine years in prison. Once Zelendinov completes his 9-year prison term, he still won't be able to go back to being a doctor for three years.
