Periods are annoying but it is also something that every woman cross over it in every 28 days. It must not be an embarrassing thing or a taboo, menstruation is a natural process in every woman's life. I know it's crappy to handle all the suffering but a beautiful thing is that it balances hormones and helps in maintain a great body, if it's going regular.
During our monthly cycle, we become weird, feel cranky and act too loud. Actually, these mood changes totally depend on how we react to our periods.
