Have you ever wanted to lose weight immediately? I know I did. However, the products that many brands advertise are seen simply scams that exploit ignorance and social media.
Thus, you have to be very careful. If you want to lose weight, you have to go through diet and exercise. And just to get you informed, this is what a detox scam looks like.
That's not surprising, but there was a product in the photo that caught our attention.
Kylie mentioned that she just received her "natural detox tea program" from SkinnyMint. However, the photo seems to have been removed now.
No, this is likely just another health scam that takes advantage of popular celebrities like Jenner.
Jenner must have only posted this because of the money she received. It's so obvious.
All of these pills, powders, and teas promise weight loss, but users do not find them effective as they are claimed to be.
And that is the problem. People have been used to quick fixes that they forget that weight loss takes a long time to achieve.
What these companies promote is a big fat lie. As per the surveys, toxins do not just build up inside the human body. Just a year back, theguardian.com published a report where it was said that detox is just a myth.
Your body will deal with these toxins properly on its own, as long as you are relatively healthy.
For example, Senna is actually a laxative that causes stomach pain and even diarrhea. Guarana can raise your blood pressure, and it has no effects on weight loss.
These products don't help you at all. Trust your liver, your skin, and your kidneys when it comes to getting rid of toxins.
