This is very ancient and famous Amish recipe discovered for the people to recover from many health disorders and diseases like- high blood pressure, cholesterol. This efficient recipe helps in boosting up the immune system.
There are five ingredients to be used to make this recipe. These are: 1. 1 knob of ginger, grated one
2. 1 clove of grated garlic
3. 1 teaspoon honey
4. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
5. 1 tablespoon of apple/cider vinegar
Take ginger and garlic pieces and after washing grate them.
Take all the ingredients ginger, garlic, honey, lemon juice and vinegar and put them in the blender.
Blend all the materials for 30 seconds at a high speed.
Strain the mixture obtained after grinding the substances and refrigerate it for 5 days.
It is highly recommended to consume this recipe twice a day. One tablespoon in the morning before breakfast with an empty stomach and one tablespoon before dinner.
This is actually a 7-day treatment and so you have to use this recipe for 7 days. Make sure you don't consume this recipe more than thrice a day.
After using this recipe just for 3 days, the results will be visible to you automatically. You will start feeling amazing with full of energy and simultaneously good results of reduced blood pressure and cholesterol.
