While there are many ways to reduce body fat, dieting is something which surely works. No matter how much I try to follow my diet schedule, chocolates and ice creams are something which I can never resist. But there are people who can go a long way to follow diet for getting an ideal body shape and good health.
Dutch native Sacha Harland decided to do an experiment on his body by totally giving up sugar and alcohol for a month. He was shocked to see the changes in his body after a month. Check out the images and footage of his journey.

He explained, "I have more energy and I have lost eight pounds. My blood pressure went from 135 to 125… my cholesterol went down by 8% and my blood sugar is considerably less."
