Neerja Bhanot- the youngest Indian to receive the Ashok Chakra, recipient of Tamgha-e-Insaniyat and Justice for Crimes Award, was a 23-year-old flight attendant who sacrificed her life, bravely saving 360 hostages from terrorists. Besides being a Braveheart and sincere Purser, she was also a popular model of the mid-80s.
