Trying to exercise is a bit difficult when it comes to maintaining your schedule. Sometimes, you just lose the motivation to keep going.

You simply have to do these lateral lunges while carrying weights or dumbbells. Just do 3 sets composed of 20 lunges for each leg.
Before you do this, you should perform warm up exercises. Moreover, this is one of the easiest exercises, so just get any object and start doing it. Try to achieve 4 sets composed of 15 step ups for each leg.
If you eventually feel uninterested in doing the typical squats. try doing these outdoors.
