Every woman has her list of do's and don'ts during her periods. Some don't eat certain foods or some don't like to use drugs to calm the pain because it may cause certain irregularities. But there are a set of things you should avoid during your periods at any cost.
Most of you don't know about the hazards of performing some activities during those days in the month because nobody has warned you about them. Many women still do these but they are supposed to be avoided completely.
You can get infections from unprotected intercourse during this time.
It is natural to feel bloated during your period, but skipping meals is a big no-no. You are bound to feel weak, but healthy food is must for you.
Whether it's work or studies, don't exert yourself because your body is already weak.
It is natural to crave things during periods but make sure you do it at a minimum or else.
If you're not up for it, skip a day of work. It's better to take rest at home rather than having a weak day at the office.
Excess rest and sleep will definitely benefit during your period.
