How long has it been since you last had a good night's sleep?
We often overlook the real need for a peaceful sleep, and many of you might not have had a good sleep since long. I am with you on this one.
What does it mean when we say a Good Night's sleep?
When it comes to sleep, it's not the quantity but the quality of sleep you are getting. How you feel during your waking hours affects greatly on how well you sleep. A good night's sleep means 8 hours of closed eyes and pretty dreams. And to do that, your daytime schedule, bedtime habits and day to day life plays an important role. There are oodles of tricks and ways that can make a huge difference to the quality of your nightly rest. Everything from Feng Shui to dropping the temperature of your bedroom to get a cozy sleep might work wonders but read on ahead for this simple trick will amaze you with its effects.

Magnesium oil is known for it's tingling effect. It works great for your digestion, cramps, anxiety and sleeplessness. Well, not exactly an oil but it is called so because of it's texture and feel you can buy it easily or make it at home. Pretty, cost efficient.
If you are a tea drinker, a gardener or just a person who loves all things healthy, you might have been acquainted with the calming herb it is. It is "extremely potent". Sometimes just a drop on your pillow is enough.
Another lovely flower, that is known for its relaxing and calming effects. It is a sleep inducer and is highly potent.
Foot massages and baths are extremely relaxing. With a wonderful clay and water foot bath, you can literally see the dirt coming out of your feet. Your feet, on the other hand, have the biggest and most pores of any place on your body, making them the perfect place to absorb the oils and lock them in.
Your feet have a connection to the rest of your body. Through the various foot points, you can do wonders for specific parts of your body.
Pour the oils ( 10 drops each) into a glass spray bottle. Cover and shake gently to mix them thoroughly. Use it every night after washing your feet thoroughly with water. This will yield your 24-48 applications.
