Waterspouts are the ultimate phonemenon of a columnar vortex forming over a water body. These are meterological in nature, and happen to be a part of oceans usually. They suck up the water and form funnel-shaped cloud-like shapes. Although, they mean no harm, and are far less destructive than the actual tornadoes, but it is always advisable to keep safe from them. But, this man had a different perspective about it.
