Being a mother is a wonderful thing, but it also has its own set of great responsibilities. Moreover, having a child with special needs means that you have to pay extra attention.
This is the heart-warming story of a mother and her child who witnessed the goodness of someone they did not even personally know because of a little accident.

Lynn Marie has a 9-year-old child named James. James has both autism and Down Syndrome.
Even with the fact that James is disadvantaged because of his health issues, he and his mother are still enjoying their lives together.
James makes use of the iPad so that he can properly socialize with other people. He also uses it learn new things. However, his iPad became broken so Lynn had to find a new one.
While Lynn was looking for an iPad inside a mall in Nashville, Tennessee, James suddenly hit a glass wall when he started running around.
To Lynn's surprise, an employee from the Apple Store approached them. James fell down when he bumped into the glass door, so the employee was very concerned and offered to help.
James was feeling okay, but Lynn took the opportunity to ask the Apple employee for help in setting up a new iPad for James.
The Apple employee was incredibly kind and even sat down on the floor with them. He quickly provided the new iPad to James since he was genuinely helpful.
Because of the great help given by the employee, James gave him a fist bump and even had a photo of him.
Lynn was so impressed at the performance of the employee that she sent a note to Apple. She praised how humble the employee was towards her and her son.
Lynn Marie ended her quick yet insightful letter to Apple by saying that she hoped to be a better person. She hopes to be someone who could readily provide love and care to a person in need, just like how the employee helped them on that faithful day.
