When she complained about this to the staff, the simply offered to swap her meal for another, and tried to pretend that it wasn't really a big deal.

For Cassandra, KFC is now a place she won't ever visit.

She complained that her chicken also had hair inside it. This disgusting incident wnet worse because the KFC-staff chose to take it very casually.

We have reminded our team members to take extra care in future, and if a customer is ever unhappy with their food we encourage them to let our team know, who will always be happy to help."
