Maintaining a fit physique and crisp figure is one of the most pressing demands Bollywood makes of its actors, and as such, it is obvious that our superstars will need some leading authority to look up to, to lead them to their desired physical forms. And that weight loss authority is Viva Mayr, a luxury spa that lies somewhere in between a rehab centre and a detox clinic. It is located in the Corinthian Alps of Austria and is Bollywood's leading actors' top choice when they're looking for some sound physical transformation. Viva Mayr is quite strict about weight loss, but their rigid rules do work magic.
So here they are, for you too to try out, if you're looking to shed some weight. Check them out.

Timing also has a lot to do with the digestion process. Our digestion process slows down significantly sometime around the evening, and so it's a good idea to ditch raw food after four, although something like a salad may sound healthy.
Sounds extreme, doesn't it? But that's what you've got to do if you want those toxins out of your body. If you've just started a few days back, then begin with mixing Epsom salts into the water. And if you're wise, you wouldn't stray too far away from the toilet.
You might have heard of its importance, but never stressed much upon it. It is very important to remain hydrated because that's the way your bidy removes those toxins from your body. Three and a half litres a day is a must, only between meals and never during. And yes, no caffine, at all.
Your body does have to endure a lot in order to shed weight properly, as you might have guessed by now, given all the constraints we have just introduced you to. And so, plenty of rest is also required.
By fats, we do refer only to the good fats. Avoid carbs and protein intake, although a healthy amount of their intake is a welcome step towards fitness.
