We're living in an era of social media where things like Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat rule our worlds. Hence, we're stuck on our cellphones almost all day and forget to live our lives. Most of the times, we're so engrossed in our social media lives that we don't realize how much of a real life are we missing out on. That's when an intervention is needed.
You must find effective techniques to get over your cellphne addiction so you can start enjoying life once again.

In some smartphones, there is an option of tracking your duration of phone usage. Start with a realistic time for the usage and start reducing the time regularly.

Since you won't know if somebody has texted you, you won't be tempted to respond. Out of sight will be out of mind!
