The letter by U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli Jr. on behalf of the Obama administration argued against the suit filed saying that "third parties will commit criminal offence in Nebraska and Oklahoma by bringing marijuana purchased from licensed entities in Colorado into those states."
