Royalty Brown is believed to be the newest addition to the Hollywood Divorce Children Club. Chris Brown is allegedly involved in a child support battle over his one-year-old daughter, Royalty, with Nia Guzman.
Chris is willing to take all possible steps not make it a dirty bloodbath of sorts and will try to settle the matter out of the court. Lawyers are trying to ensure that the consistency in the child's life is maintained and an equal interaction from both her parents is established.
Let's see what the future holds and how will all of this end.
Chris' daughter, Royalty Brown, is most likely to be involved in a dirty child support battle. All possible measures are being taken to ensure that the child's best interest is not compromised during the process. Chris' family attorney talked to a few sources telling them about how Chris plans to shield her daughter.
Nia, the mother of the one-year-old child, has filed for the complete custody of Royalty, and hence stating that she does not welcome Chris' involvement in Royalty's life. Well, we all can't actually blame her, given the past accusations on Chris by his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
The fight for custody is currently being settled on a personal level between the parents of the child. Although, the attorney did not fail to mention that if the battle begins to get hostile, they would not fear from knocking the court's door.
"We're always hoping for an amicable outcome that can be resolved by both parents," says John Nicholas, Chris's lawyer.
Nicholas also expressed his concern with the involvement of media in the case. He said that it was in everyone's best interest not to get the media involved, and also, it would be in the best interest of Royalty if the settlements are made out of the court.
John also said that if the parties fail to come to a settlement in the desired manner then going to the court will be the only option they will have left.
The lawyer states that it's never a desired situation to see a child being involved in such cases. He also expressed his concern about the well-being of the child and the involvement of both her parents in her life. It sure would be sad if anyone of her parents were to be legally asked not be in her life.
For the sake of Royalty, we hope that all of this happens as smoothly as possible, and with the least number of hiccups.
