The YouTube and Social Media Famed Girl Freelee just reveals her 30-day diet plan and the most surprising thing about her cleanse is, that she is completely a fruit based girl. Her day starts and ends with fruits.
Freelee exclaims that she abstained from food and only bear fruits that made her slimmed down till 20 kgs along with keeping health problems away. Let's know her story.
Freelee – the Adelaide resident has about 492,794 YouTube subscribers and around 330,000 Instagram followers with her condensed approach to keep fit and lose weight is FOOD Diet. She takes up 15 bananas along with 40 other pieces of fruits including potatoes in just a day.
Freelee has penned down a book naming Raw Till 4 Banana Girl Cleanse that has reported that 2,500 to 3000 calories a day can really modify your life completely. Her fruitarian lifestyle includes   smoothie made from 15 bananas in the breakfast itself. It includes 30-day vegan cleanse along with exercise guidelines and 55 fruitarian recipes.
Freelee, 35 years old was just unlike many other women over weighted, despondent enduring bowel syndrome, acne and low digestion. She researched upon what works best and concluded with the raw food diet. Her journey began 9 years ago.
Freelee said that after so many trials and errors she detected that raw food that is fruits are the ones which will help her to get rid of health problems. Also, by this high carbohydrate diet, she shed 20 kilos along with other health related issues.
She said, "A typical day would be about 10 to 15 bananas for breakfast in a smoothie. For lunch, I have more fruit, whatever is in season really. If it's stone fruit I might ease a massive plate of stone fruit, like 30 or 40 peaches." She said in her book that keeping yourself stuffed with raw till 4 pm.
Freelee denied the people's critique that the diet she follows is boring. In fact, according to her, the diet kept as simple as possible will benefit you to the maximum.

She also mentioned that in addition to losing weight, the raw food diet chart helps in rejuvenating skin more rapidly. Apart from this plan helps in controlling stress symbols and depression.
Freelee in her contentious videos aimed at few celebrities being non-vegan, with a wish to aware people about the meat industry.
Freelee expressed herself as an animal activist too. She said that an everyday number of animals are butchered and if people themselves asked to kill them they will never eat the meat.
