This is the story of the guy who is fat, sits in front of the couch and is lazy and just plays video games and eats junk food.
Well, then it so happened that he started eating something and got fit.

This is the before picture of the 19-year-old Duncan Ogilvie who used to wear just XXL t-shirts and sit on a couch the whole day, playing video games and eating junk food.
He started playing rugby to exercise and be fit. Sadly, a hamstring injury didn't let that happen and he had to leave playing the game.
He decided to be on a tough weightlifting programme. The rigorous programme helped him in a lot of ways. The trainer explained to him the importance of food.
Since, he had low esteem, he decided to rise above than suffer in self-pity. He joined the gym and was accepted in local rugby team. Not only physically, he also developed confidence.
He now orders food from an online muscle building website. He started on a 12-week transformation for himself.
He still eats Pizza. Shocked how a guy who is so conscious about his diet eats Pizza? Well, he eats protein-rich Pizza.
That's his secret. Setting realistic goals for yourself to achieve without faltering. He believes, with enough determination, anyone can do it.
