Hugh Hefner is probably the oldest and most famous playboy in the world. He is literally the king of Playboy because he built an empire out of our fascination with beautiful women and all things masculine. Aside from being the man behind the most popular adult magazine in the world, Hefner also lives in the sprawling Playboy Mansion that you might have seen on television already.
The Playboy Mansion is located in Los Angeles, California and has always been in the spotlight since the 1970s, especially because Hugh Hefner liked having big, gorgeous parties. Some people might not know about this, but Hugh Hefner is not totally the owner of the Playboy Mansion because the place is actually under the control of Playboy Enterprises, Inc. But now, the Playboy Mansion is finally going to be for sale. How much? And what does Hugh Hefner want you to do?
Check the story below.
Even if you have not been inside the Playboy Mansion, you can be guaranteed that it is one of the most lavish homes in the world. Aside from being huge, it also has a cultural significance. Thus, you'll be getting quite popular if you get this mansion.
Apparently, Playboy Enterprises Inc. is about to sell the Playboy Mansion. For how much? Well, you probably have to work forever because the mansion will be put on the market for a staggering $200 million.
You might be wondering why it is so expensive. Well, the Playboy Mansion is six acres and has more than enough of whatever you've always wanted in a house. But are the adorable Playboy bunnies included? We don't know. Maybe you can still invite them over.
Aside from preparing $200 million, there is one condition before you could live in the Playboy Mansion: you have to allow Hugh Hefner to stay in the Mansion for as long as he wants. Note that he is already 89, and that you don't have to provide the whole Mansion. Just give him enough space to have his own share of paradise.
If you want to have the time of your life every single day, then get the Playboy Mansion. The pool has a waterfall, there are at least 22 rooms, and even a zoo if you want to embrace nature. If you want to get physical, there's a gym and a tennis court.
While Playboy Enterprises Inc will probably be starting the offer at $200 million, real estate agents believe that the price will inevitably go down to about $90 million or even $60 million. You still probably have to sell your soul for that amount of money though.
Having to agree to give Hugh Hefner his own spot in the Playboy Mansion after you've bought it might sound like a bad deal, but think about it. Wouldn't it be amazing to talk every day with the man behind Playboy magazine? Perhaps you will know more beyond what the media tells you about him, and it would be priceless if you finally get to see him as just another fellow human to get along with.
