The man does not live even a single day without the gym. He works out for 90 minutes every day and has separate days for separate exercises for each of his body part. For example, he does his back workout on Mondays. There are also sometimes when Vince cannot make it to the gym on a weekday than he trains two times a day to make sure that he doesn't miss out on anything.
He usually divides his workout into three major sets. These sets have further divided into three different exercises. To warm up, he performs 30-35 sets of different exercises. He takes short breaks after successfully completing a set. These breaks usually last for only 30 seconds!
For the first set, he starts with the lat pull-down. After that, he performs three sets of bent-over barbell row. For the third exercise, he usually picks up the dumbbell. He performs all these exercise thrice, depending upon the need.
After taking some rest, he moves on to the seated cable row. After that, he again repeats the lat pulldown, but now with a closer grip. Then he moves on to the standing cable pull over. This completes the second set of his hard work out.
For the third set, he starts with bent-over barbell row. After doing three sets, he does a one-arm lat pulldown. Without taking any rest, he performs the one-handed barbell row. This completes his initial workout for the back day.
After taking only a 30-second break, he moves on to a cross-fit inspired training alongside his trainer. This training includes vigorous use of ropes, sled drags and sledgehammers. After training with these, he likes to free sprint in order to increase his stamina.
The final stage of his vigorous workout includes some abs exercises. The abs exercise mostly consists of crunches. The whole session of Vince's training takes about 90 minutes to complete. After this workout, he goes back into his busy schedule. One may think that how a man of his age can manage all of this with such ease.
