In the last night's episode of Bigg Boss 9, Kishwar Merchant was evicted and it was perhaps one of the most emotional and controversial exits from the show. Kishwar along with Mandana and Prince was among the 3 contenders to win this week's task "Ticket to Finale Week".
There was trouble in paradise when Mandana Karimi, unexpectedly pressed the buzzer immediately after the task began. This meant that out of the duo Kishwer and Prince, one had to accept the amount (which was increased to 15 Lakhs) and leave the house. With a heavy heart, Kishwar decided to sacrifice for his "Rakhi" brother prince and left the house with the amount. The exit was an emotional one, lots of tears were shed. Even Mandana who had maximum catfights with Kishwer couldn't hold her tears.
Immediately after her forced eviction, Twitter exploded with thousands of tweets. Twitterati slammed Bigg Boss for Kishwar's unfair eviction. Now that she is out, one of the strongest contenders of Bigg Boss, who was known for being outspoken on the show, has revealed some shocking things post her exit.
"It was an unfair task totally. Either of us had to go home despite being the strong contenders. Of course, I got the money. But I would not have felt this bad, had I been eliminated through a normal procedure," Kishwar told IANS. "This was forceful. It was a very difficult decision for me to take," she added. "We both were strong. But I know that Prince has a huge fan following. So, if we had gone to the finale, his winning probability was five percent more than me," added Kishwar.
If there was anything that made this otherwise boring season of Bigg Boss 9 interesting, it was the catfights between Kishwar and Mandana. They weren't particularly fond of each other. Kishwar post her eviction, had only positive things to say about Mandana. She said that Mandana helped her emotionally post Suyash's eviction.
Her stand on Prince was pretty much the same. She called him her "Rakhi Brother". She was of the opinion that she and Prince were the only two contestants that deserved to be in TOP 2. Had she gone to the finale, she'd rather stand beside Prince rather anyone else.
She laughed it off and said that she is happy, rather proud to have a partner like him.
She said that she had no plans since Bigg Boss was "the only thing in her mind till January 23".
She re-iterated that the only 2 contestants who deserved to be in TOP 2 was Prince and herself. Now that she had sacrificed for her brother, she is rooting for Prince to win the show.
Kishwer said that she holds absolutely no grudges against any of the housemates. All is forgiven and forgotten.
She thanked her fans for voting for her and apologized if she has let them down and promises not to repeat it in future. Don't know about you, but I am Team Kishwar on this one! One of the strongest female contenders on the show, reminiscent of Dolly Bindra, Kishwar was one of the few unique personalities who breathed life into this otherwise dull season and kept fighting till the end like a true warrior! She sacrificed on winning the title of the winner for her brother Prince and one can say that the amount she took home was well deserved (to say the least). *Kudos to you Kishwar!*
