It's obvious to feel cold in feet and hands in the winter season. But feeling something in excess can be an indication of a serious health disorder. When your feet and hands freeze due to the change in temperature, arteries supplying the blood get constricted and may even narrow down to the extremities. This condition is called as vasospasm. The arteries may also get dense thus impeding the circulation of blood. It may also affect the color of your fingers and toes from white to blue to red.
