Some of them might not want to exercise, so they resort to purging, which is done by making themselves vomit what they have consumed. This is not how people should lose weight. It might take time, but exercise and a balanced diet is what we should all do instead of always asking for shortcuts when it comes to being fit.

Ms. Hindmarsh is now a 26-year-old woman who was obese back in 2008. She gained a lot of weight because she kept eating fast food, which is far from being healthy.

Bulimia nervosa is an eating disorder which can prove to be deadly to the affected individual. It is characterized by a person's habit of binge eating and then vomiting the food afterwards. It's bad because it prevents you from eating normally so you don't have to puke what you ate.

After she collapsed because of her unusual diet and was sent to the hospital, Hannah Hindmarsh realized that she had to be physically better. Yes, she could still binge eat and then vomit everything, but that is unhealthy.

Hannah realized how fat she had become when she was about to go Spain to her boyfriend. She then joined Weight Watchers in January 2008 and successfully lost a staggering 49 pounds.

Two years after she lost 49 pounds, Hannah gained her weight back as her relationship with her boyfriend ended. She began eating small portions of meat and then puking them out.
