"Health is Wealth" often said well, not because we gain wealth out of health but we spent a lot of volume on being wholesome and fit. In terms of gaining fitness, we spend money on gyms, diet foods and fitness gadgets. But, many of us are not aware that the diet foods that are termed as good for health, marketed as nutritious and promise about low-fat ingredients are actually harmful to the body. They are presented as foods containing low carbs but have a different tale of packaging behind them.
Check out the inferior foods that are only pictured as superior for health but, not so kind alternative to fats and carbs.
No doubt sugar, if consumed in excessive amounts is not good for health. But, against sugar also, there are lot many rivals in markets which are considered as sugar-free sweeteners and absolutely natural but beware, guys what is shown the truth is far behind it. They are more negative than sugar and harmful to health. So, think twice before buying them.
They commit consumers to be low fat and light but are deep fried and wrapped in salt flavor just like regular chips.
Another promising wholesome alternative that is marketed as highly nutritious, full of vitamins and minerals is not so healthy in real terms.
Flavored and looks like a healthy choice but, not really as packed yogurt has high-fat content.
They look delicious; high energy bars with low carbs etc. But, raise weight highly because of extra sugar and fat contained in them.
Claims to be sugar-free and low in carbs, but unfortunately, it is not what you think of it as.
The favorite option of diet freaks and the calorie conscious, but all set on one point. Contains high amounts of caffeine and sugar substitute that are much more harmful to the body.
