When people are young, they want to feel free and do all the things they want. But some vices, including alcohol, have dangerous effects in both the short and long runs. Even if you do not get addicted to drinking liquor, your body is still making the sacrifices for your guilty pleasure.
This is the story of how one woman decided to finally stop drinking, at least for five weeks. In that short amount of time, this is what has changed about her body. Know how simply not drinking alcohol can make you feel better about yourself.
The woman realized that at some point, she had to let go of the partying, drinking, and sleepless nights because her health would be negatively affected in the long run. Soon, these activities should no longer be attractive to her as much as when she was still young.
Since she wanted to change for the better, she started eating healthier and she began exercising. However, while she did indeed experience some minor changes, it seemed that quitting alcohol for some time might do more than her current change of activities.
Because she stopped drinking, she was able to sleep better. Instead of being forgetful about the day, the woman enjoyed and remembered what she did in school. Even on Mondays, she became ready to handle the academic load. Physically, she had recovered from her eye bags, and she was feeling more energized.
Because she had cut down on beer and other forms of alcoholic drinks, she started to lose weight in the places that matter. Her waist finally became slimmer, and her butt apparently became tighter.
Whenever she was drinking, it was easy for her to get sick. Now, even if the woman lives with people who often get sick, she does not get infected easily because her immune system is better without the alcohol. Thank you, healthy liver.
Ever since she stopped drinking, the woman noticed that she was now already ready to exercise immediately after waking up. She was no longer feeling tired and stressed after a night out.
Because she kept her healthy food and her good exercise together with quitting alcohol, she is now getting her desired muscles and she is effectively burning her fat. Now she feels she can reach her full potential.
