Place the original key on fire. You can use a lighter or a matchstick also to do the same. You need to keep the key on fire until it is completely covered in the snoot. Don't worry, nothing will happen to the original one.
When the key is covered in the snoot, carefully place the key over an adhesive tape in order to get an exact imprint of the key.
After pressing the key on the tape, remove the key from the tape. That adhesive tape imprint will become the spare key.
Now place the key onto a tin can's head. Now the difficult part starts. You need to cut very carefully out the exact imprint of the tape from the can by placing the tape on the can and doing as shown in the image. This is the only step of the process that requires attention.
Once you have cut the exact imprint out of the can, you have your spare key ready. This saves a lot of time and money. If you have a tape and a can at home (everyone has), do it for all your keys.
Share with everyone you know and wish them a Merry Christmas.
