Women all over the world love their nails. Manicure is possibly the most important thing while they're out for the holiday season. But just like most of us, every girl feels that there should be simple tricks to get a lovely as well as a long-lasting manicure that looks good.
Beauty hacks are usually simple, but if you're up to it, we can guide you through some DIY hacks for your nails -
Put a complete white colored base coat and your choice of nail paint over that for a neat neon finish to your nails.
To dry your nail polish sooner, you can dip your fingers in ice water and watch the magic.
Dab some cotton with vinegar before applying nail polish to make your nails cleaner so that the polish can go through smoothly.
For French manicures, you could cut out some scotch tape in different patterns like a zig zag shape and apply on your nails once the base coat has completely dried. Paint the desired color over it then.
If you get the surrounding skin messy, apply a layer of liquid latex before painting the nails and peel it off once you're done so the skin remains clear.
To get a smoother and even nail polish, follow these steps to paint your nails.
Cornstarch is your key.
Nail paints tend to get dry during the winter months. An easy trick would be to dip the bottle in warm water for a few minutes and then it'll open nicely.
Cut a sponge in half and put it inside a glass jar. Then soak the entire sponge with nail polish remover. You just have to dip your nails inside the jar for instant removal of nail polish.
To avoid any smudging of your precious nail paints, some cooking spray can help you set it right.
Smudge your eye shadow brush on the shade of nail polish and dab it over your base coat.
If you don't have liquid latex, you can use the white glue for an excellent finishing of the nail polish. If you've made any mess during the manicure, you can peel it off.
Enjoy the holiday and get ready for partying hard.
