Like me, every woman loves to take the best care of her hair. When we bring any new product to home, we just hope that the product works well for us. But, as soon as we discover that it is not giving the desired results, we start losing our patience and get enraged.

"I can't leave my house," wrote Tracie Hashton on WEN's Facebook page. "I'm depressed. Wen hair products is responsible for my hair loss. I have been shampooing and conditioning my hair with their non-shampooing conditioner, which blocked my pores and caused my hair to be basically washed with lotion... I'm overwhelmed and frustrated, I cry when I look in the mirror."
More than 200 users, mostly women filed a lawsuit against the WEN and Guthy-Renker.
"There is no scientific evidence to support any claim that our hair care products caused anyone to lose their hair. There are many reasons why individuals my lose their hair, all unrelated to WEN hair products. We intend to vigorously contest the allegations made against our products."
