Ehsan Abdulaziz, property developer and millionaire was not found accused of rape complaint lodged by a teenage girl in the Southwark Crown Court, London. The man who has reportedly raped the 18-year-old girl said that he accidentally fell on the girl and penetrated her.
The man was not found guilty of rape and was rescued just by giving a silly excuse. Instead he blamed the teenage girl for pulling him on top of her which made him to fell on the girl accidentally penetrating her.
The 18-year-old girl registered a complaint against the man saying that she was awoken in the early morning when she found the man on top of her who forcefully penetrated inside her.
Mr Abdulaziz knew the 24-year-old girl and invited the ladies to join him at his private £1,000-a-night table, and later offered them a ride home in his Aston Martin. He later brought the women in his Maida Vale apartment in West London.
The teenager claimed that she found the millionaire on the top of her, forcing himself inside her.
He said: "I am fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened." He said traces of his DNA could have been found in her vagina because of the fall. He also said it was possible he had semen on his hands after the sexual intercourse with his friend. The jury cleared Mr Abdulaziz of one count of rape after half an hour of deliberations.
