I suffered from Insomnia, the medical condition representing an inability to sleep. But, I found a solution to the problem. The only thing I needed to do is massaging my feet.
Follow these 9 steps to work the magic over you.
First of all, choose the foot that is in most need of a massage.
Then, rub your hand over the foot to warm it up from your toes to the ankle.
Squeeze whole of your foot starting with your toe and then moving gradually towards your ankle.
Now, squeeze your toes and twist each of the toe fingers. This will provide your toe fingers a great relief.
After feeling the relief in your fingers, press both thumbs over the bottom of your foot and your remaining eight fingers on the top of the foot.
Then, repeat the step 5 and this time around, apply less pressure by your thumbs and follow the whole process for a continuous 2-3 minutes.
Now, press and roll your finger to your ankle area.
Then, repeat step 3 and again squeeze your foot.
Lastly, punch the top and the bottom of your foot lightly with your fists.
