Following the story of an 81-year-old man travelling across India, here's another adventurous tell-a-tale.
Traveling a distance of approximately 23,800 km, three women drove from Delhi to London in a car, crossing 13 countries enroute. Fighting all the odds, they made this happen in an awesomely adventurous way. Their route was decided by the countries they wished to visit and then they set on the unusual journey !
These three women set on a voyage from Delhi to London. Rashmi Koppar, Dr Soumya Goyal and Nidhi Tiwari embarked on a trans-national safari!
The route of the journey went through all the countries they longed to visit.
They started out the expedition in March 2015, to promote women to drive long distances.
For Nidhi Tiwari, the sole driver in the team, driving had been a passion since long. She had even built a vehicle in the past.
They covered about 23,800 km driving a car.
The voyage had started in June and came to an end in October, covering India, Myanmar, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Finland, Czech Republic, Germany and the United Kingdom in 97 days to be precise.
