Big hit to the audience.

Big hit to the audience.

The sizzling hot chemistry between Ranbir and Deepika is rocking, and the storytelling skill of Imtiaz Ali is the cherry on the cake. It is way more than a comedy love story. It is about finding your passion and following it.

Filled with heart-melting moments.

Filled with heart-melting moments.

Some instances in the movie wouldn't pass without taking your heart with them, too. Some leave behind a powerful message, and some others are just beautiful in their own way.

How they met

How they met

The first best part about the movie is how Don (Ranbir) and Mona Darling (Deepika) meet. Their dialogue and everything about it will leave the moment inside you forever.

The Pact

The Pact

Another scene where the two make a pact of telling only lies to each other is the fun element. They also decide that what happens in Corsica, stays in Corsica.

The break-up

The break-up

The part of the movie where Ved goes through a breakup with Tara, and how it shows in his eyes. Then when he tells his friends, ignoring his hurt, "let's order the main course," is overwhelming with emotions.

The Storyteller

The Storyteller

In this half of the movie, Ved goes to Piyush Mishra, the man who used to tell him stories as a child, with an intent to find a solution to his problems. But, to his disappointment, Piyush only keeps telling him more stories and then says that it was a coward of Ranbir to not learn from his own life.

The Ramayana

The Ramayana

This is where Ved imagines himself as fictional characters from all the ages. He opens his heart to the strangers present there and even tells them about his horrid life and his boss. You would feel drowned in his pain, too.

But, there's more to it

But, there's more to it

This being only an introduction to it, and only a vent to the emotions we felt, you are encouraged to watch it for yourself, and experience it.
