They say sharing is caring, but it is not always true. At times, sharing may be very dangerous for you, especially your health. So, instead of being less attentive, you need to take care of what should be shared with others or what should not be.
Below are some common things we share in our day to day life with others but to stay healthy, we should avoid that.
It is so common that we share earbuds with friends or the loved ones but say a straight NO to it from today onwards. Because the bacteria such as staph and strep can stay in your earwax and then can be transferred from person to person through the earbuds.
Warts and fungus stay inside finger-nails and toe-nails that may be dangerous for you. If you don't want to spread them, then don't share nail clippers.
Don't share the roll-ons with anyone as it may transfer infection-causing germs and especially when you have cut or ingrown hair.
It's universally known that sharing a brush is against hygiene, but do you know that you shouldn't even share the toothpaste? As the toothpaste may contain bacteria from constantly being rubbed against different toothbrushes.
It's ok to tweeze the hair with the tweezer simply, but it becomes a factor transferring blood-borne diseases if we use tweezers to pick at splinters and ingrown hairs. So make it personal.
