College Station police recently arrested a college girl, Sarah Furay, as they received a tip indicating to what Sarah was up to - drug dealing.
When the police raided her apartment, they found drugs and drug paraphernalia piled high.
When Furay's mugshot was taken at the Brazos County Jail, she gave a huge and adorable smile. Maybe she was not properly aware of the severity of her crime and the charges involved.
"Because of the amount of marijuana police found, that charge is a state jail felony, which can garner up to two years in jail and $10,000 in fines. Furay also faces two first-degree felony charges and one second-degree felony charge for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. If convicted of the three charges, she can face a sentence of 215 years in prison and up to $30,000 in fines."
