A study has claimed that "100 percent of women are either bisexual or gay regardless of whether they say they are only attracted to men." The research was carried out on 345 female subjects.
Even those women who identify themselves as straight were actually attracted to both the sexes. Strange but true!
Gerulf Rieger, researcher and psychology professor at the University of Essex, found out that women are either heterosexual or lesbian but never straight. His findings got published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.
Study played clips of attractive naked people of both sexes to 345 women. Results prove that the bisexual women have some sort of physical attraction to other women even if they say they are straight whereas lesbians had much stronger attraction to the female form.
Rieger said,"Most women responded to both videos of attractive men and women with substantial [genital] arousal as well as pupil dilation. Hence, in their responses many were bisexual. Those women who self-identified as lesbians responded more to their preferred sex [women] over the other sex. However, none of the women, not even straight women, responded more strongly to males than to females."
Psychologists reported that most women were sexually stimulated by women, despite of identifying themselves as straight. Dr Rieger said, "This shows us that how women appear in public does not mean that we know anything about their sexual role preferences."
Women can physically react to a variety of sexual stimuli in order to prevent genital suffering in the case of forced penetration. He explained:"In the evolution of humans, if not mammals, females have been in many situations where sex was forced on them. To become aroused quickly to any sexual situation could mean lubrication, and.. it might have been beneficial for women to respond to any sexual situation with some level of arousal."
