To see what is it like to be Ronaldo? This new documentary has it all. I am swooning all over it and so would every Christiano devotee.
A milestone in the history of Football, a loving father, the film reveals all the sides of the legend. His deep insecurities and his huge ego also his quest for Ballon d'Or glory. ''I was made to be the best, that's how I live my life."
'Ronlado' is about our very own CR7, who is been named as the greatest footballer on Earth three times. His annual earning being £50 million and is known for dating a huge number of supermodels.
He is also a devoted father to his 5- year old Christiano Ronaldo,jr. doesn't believe that the kid needs a mother and that only his influence is enough. The kid was born in 2010, and his mother is unknown to the world. There have been rumors about her being a surrogate, though. All the while CR7 holds exclusive guardianship of his child.
He had an impaired relation with his father who was an alcoholic and died when Ronaldo was 20. Which left a deep desire in him to contradict the past and to do more than just outdo his father.
The documentary also peeps into his insecurities about how important does he thinks Ballon D'Or to be? The award is handed out every year to the single player who is considered to be the best by his peers.
He holds very strong feelings for his son and he even breaks down when his professional commitments keep him away from the kid. Christiano himself was an unwanted baby, reveals his mother who wanted to abort him, but now she is grateful to God for not going forward with that decision.
He is also shown cracking jokes about how he is the best player in the world? Also that he spends most of the hours topless admiring himself in the mirror. ''I am what I am, because I have sacrificed a lot.'' says the legend. ''I was made to be the best and that's how I live my life.'' So he really doesn't know what it means to lose?
