Many people cheat, and most get caught. Some are forgiven, few of those, cheat again. Psychiatrists claim cheating can be a mental condition, and even if it is, it's still heartbreaking and ruins more than just relations.
For long, we've been troubled with whether or not a person is cheating, then people have devised different ways to confront and/or catch the cheaters in the act, red-handed, but what this man did has set new standards to the word evil.
He had noticed evident signs of her being different and possibly, in communication with someone. Although it wasn't clear to him, his questions about them were met by dead-end-answers, like she was talking to her mother. She was constantly over phone and texts and giggling at it altogether.
She used to come home late while her co-workers confirmed she left hours early, and her constant avoiding of questions. Once she went off to buy milk at 11.30 pm but didn't come back till 2 am, whatever took so long.
And once was he fully convinced and gathered enough evidence, he took months to do every other arrangement while waiting for her birthday. Yes, he was that offended that he was going to do it that way.

Everything went into a total chaos, the guy quickly dressed and left, while her friends were trying to get everyone out, she was furiously trying to defend herself from questions, and among all that, our guy smiled the saddest and the most evil of smile; the smile of sweet revenge.
